Easy to Make Quiche

Here is my easy go-to recipe that I keep stored in my head for a healthy yet filling lunch or just to have in the refrigerator to grab quickly.

What I have here is a Spinach, Ham Quiche

You can mix and match this recipe and do broccoli with ham or add Feta Cheese.

Preheat oven to 350

You will need:

Pie dish

1 pie crust

~ Place pie crust in sprayed pie dish, Poke pie crust with a fork and place in oven for 5-7 minutes to cook crust

Prepare:

3 eggs

1/2 cup of milk

blend together and set aside

ADD:

1/2 onion chopped placed in bottom of pie crust

1/2 package of frozen spinach cooked already and drained

1 cup of more if you like more of chopped ham ( I use ham sliced chopped into squares)

1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese shredded placed on top

Salt and Pepper to taste

Pour egg and milk mixture and

bake for 35-40 mins until cooked all through
