What name are you clinging to?
Which name of God ~ that reveals who He is in our lives ~ and is a strong tower of defense against the enemy~ are you running to where our hearts are safe? Anything else is not safe for our hearts.
Remembering that this strong tower is the very thing that makes us righteous.
Not by our own merits but by His love and willingness to fight for you in such a way that you are safe there~ there in His name~ the name that is above all things because He is above all other things that mislead us to believe that it is safe.
True peace and safety are found in Him ~ Jesus
When do we need shelter?
We need shelter when the storms arise in our lives and we have a choice to find shelter or try to protect ourselves.
I have found when I try to fight I create the very thing I am fighting against.
It is only when I stop and seek who Jesus is and seek what He is doing that I find shelter that brings peace ~ a peace only found in Him
