Truth ~ “It is better to take refuge in the LORD Than to trust in man.” Psalms 118:8 Grace ~ There is so much good that comes from uncertainty and chaos. We must seek it out with steadfast love and from a secure place of refuge. I fully know there are so many canceled plans and inconveniences in our world, towns, and our homes right now. And you don’t have to look far to see the justified complaints and heartaches from the cancellation due to the #coronavirus Beloved~ seek to see what good could come out of it. Time at home can be good. Your children are a blessing. Enjoy the family time and time of rest. Do everything without grumbling or complaining. Phil 4 God is found in the good moments. Ask the Lord to give you eyes to see and ears to hear. He is faithful. We need not be worried. We are able to trust our Father. This is not blind faith but a faith that clearly sees. We have the choice of how we will live in light of all of this. Let’s be Light in how we react to what the world has to face. Conversations can still happen. Snuggling is an option. Relationships can be built upon. Songs can be played. Dancing in the kitchen can be done with the freedom to “waste time”. Love still can be shown. Front porches are waiting. Sit a while, stare, dream, pray and maybe even read that book you have been wanting to read. Do it all with joy!
